Free online yoga class: 40 minute rejuvenating vinyasa flow
A rejuvenating Vinyasa practice for your shoulders, hips and hammies.
It’s been a while since I’ve filmed a free online yoga class for you all. So I’m thrilled to bring you this 40 minute flow.
We work deeply into the areas that typically get tight and feel stuck but all with a softer approach. There is less of a ‘power yoga’ approach here and more of a deliberate, mindful focus. Conscious breathing. Continuous, flowing movement, but without intensity and rigidity.
A few things to know about this class:
- It’s gentle yet deep. Soft yet strong.
- This is an approachable practice. You don’t need to be advanced but all levels will get something out of this.
- This class is designed to juice you up. Iron out your body after rising in the morning or rejuvenate your mind after a busy day.
This practice is designed to make you feel good in your body, clear your mind and centre you.
So here it is! Light a candle. Play some music if you like. Roll out your mat and hit play!
