Free online yoga class: 40 minute rejuvenating vinyasa flow

A rejuvenating Vinyasa practice for your shoulders, hips and hammies.

It’s been a while since I’ve filmed a free online yoga class for you all. So I’m thrilled to bring you this 40 minute flow.

We work deeply into the areas that typically get tight and feel stuck but all with a softer approach. There is less of a ‘power yoga’ approach here and more of a deliberate, mindful focus. Conscious breathing. Continuous, flowing movement, but without intensity and rigidity.

A few things to know about this class:

  • It’s gentle yet deep. Soft yet strong.
  • This is an approachable practice. You don’t need to be advanced but all levels will get something out of this.
  • This class is designed to juice you up. Iron out your body after rising in the morning or rejuvenate your mind after a busy day.
This practice is designed to make you feel good in your body, clear your mind and centre you.

So here it is! Light a candle. Play some music if you like. Roll out your mat and hit play!

p.s don’t forget to share below in the comments – did you enjoy this practice?

love + light,

Claire x

  1. Thank you! I was literally just wishing for this exact thing this morning. I have been doing a yoga series on my iPad, but I’m getting a little bored with it and it’s too short. I had planned to find a new one to download this afternoon. Perfect timing!

  2. Thank you so much for a wonderful yoga class. I thoroughly enjoyed it and was great timing as I am unable to make my favourite class of the week tomorrow and this was just like it! Thank you so much for sharing I really needed to breathe tonight and this has enabled my breath. Xxx

  3. Hi Claire, I really enjoyed that, thank you so much for generously sharing it. It was just the right level of challenge and I was really focused throughout (on my breath). My legs and hips feel strong and energised which is great as I’m also running at the moment. Thanks again, Rachel

  4. Thank you so much Claire – I’ve only just got around to doing this after bookmarking it when you sent it out. I’ve been meaning to get back into yoga since having bub, and this was a perfect welcome back. My very tight body muchly appreciated it. Thanks again – really appreciate it.

  5. Thanks Claire
My yoga body has been neglected lately so this flow was a perfect start to the new year thank you 🙂
