It’s back! The 5 on Friday Video Blog is here…

I had so much fun filming this week. Mostly because it felt natural, intuitive and like I was talking to an old friend. It felt like I dropped into my heart….

Recently I was chatting to a very gorgeous friend of mine (you probably know her – fellow Health Coach, Melissa Ambrosini) about the difference between planning/preparing for a talk or interview or VLOG versus knowing what you want to say and then just dropping into your heart to come from the most authentic and natural place you can. We both agreed that the latter, although can seem scarier, is the most rewarding and satisfying experience.

Well that’s what happened with this VLOG. I knew the 5 things I wanted to share with you, and well… that’s it. Nothing drafted, nothing formulated.

  • For the first time I mention a new offering I’m creating based around yoga + wellness.
