YOGA WITH CLAIRE: TWISTS 4 HEALTHY DIGESTION
I love twisting!
You know those moments when you’ve been sitting at your desk ALL day and you feel the urge to move that stuck energy. And then you twist… ahh… you might hear cracks and pops, but it immediately relieves any tension. It feels so good. You feel normal again.
Not to mention how good twisting is for your digestion. As a previous sufferer of severe IBS twisting was super important in kick-starting my digestive system and helping my body cleanse and detox.
Today I have a delicious and quick 6 minute twisting practice. This is PERFECT after work, to open the body and release all that tension. But this is also a gorgeous way to start your day.
