WHAT TO BUY THIS MONTH

WHAT TO BUY THIS MONTH

Not too long ago I posted about eating seasonally and keeping it local. I listed the fruits and veg in season and today I’m going to do the same for May and June.
Eating seasonally really helps you to get more creative with your food instead of sticking with the same old recipes. Not to mention the reduction in travel time and carbon emissions if you are choosing locally grown, seasonal produce.
So, print this out and reference it on your next trip to the markets. Better still, hit up an organic/local veggie box company like Food Connect who will send you locally grown, organic or chemical free seasonal only produce.
