GRATITUDE DIARIES + A QUESTION FOR YOU!
I spoke about my morning routine in my 5 on Friday VLOG last week where I mentioned my daily gratitude practice in my morning routine.

I wanted to open up and share with you what I’m feeling abundant gratitude for at the moment. And, I have an important challenge for YOU – Check out the VLOG at the end of this post to find out what it is.
1) At-home yoga practice:
Delicious, restorative, juicy yoga where I get to do whatever I want! I’m grateful for the opportunity to spend time, quietly with my body and breath.
2) Reading breaks at the beach:
The ocean and sunshine keeps me grounded and connected. So I’m enjoying the sunshine whilst it’s still warm enough. I’m grateful I’ve created a life where I can make this happen.
3) Summer smoothies:
Right now this sticky, humid weather leaves me craving something cool and easy to digest in the morning before my usual breakfast of eggs or porridge. I’m grateful for the easy and nutritious way to fuel my body.
4) Morning walks + barefoot yoga:
I head down to the harbour for a walk, I get the heart rate going and breath lungfuls of air and then I kick my shoes off and stretch it by the water. Bliss.
5) Sunrise. A new day.
I never, EVER, get sick of seeing the sunrise. It is different every time, it leaves me inspired. It puts fire in my belly. I’m grateful that I get to wake each day to such beauty.
The most important one. Each and every single soul – including YOU – that I get to learn from, coach, befriend, laugh with, teach, share love, feel with, talk to, grow with. Thank you. So much GRATITUDE.
