I’m honoured to bring you this powerful interview with Amir Zoghi – founder of Be Free People,

Ok, so ‘interview’ is a bit of a stretch. I’m not going to take credit for interviewing Amir, truth-talker like no other and someone I consider a mentor and guide. When this man is in-the-flow there’s no question that seems relevant.

Simply being present and listening to the wisdom that comes through him and from the space he talks from is more than enough.

I recently attended the ONE Infinite Training Retreat with Amir + his team from Be Free People. Life changing might seem a bit dramatic, but truly the shifts, the insights and the processes that unfolded have allowed me to see, think, feel and be in a way I could never have imagined. In fact, it’s still unfolding now, over a month later!

The best bit is that my journey isn’t over, nor is yours, which means we get to keep evolving, unfolding, expanding, growing. That’s what I feel I am here to do – to embrace the evolution of my soul which is actually part of ONE soul – one divine energy.

Amir and I initially decided to talk about intuitive eating. Amir shares how he lost alot of weight by tapping into his intuition and following what felt true for him. If you read my blog often you’ll know I talk about this alot – dissolving the ego charge and the games of the mind to follow the feelings!

In our chat we move from intuition, to what it means to live in the unplanned, being in the moment and being yourself.

I can’t wait for you to dive into this chat with Amir. Seriously peeps, you won’t want to miss this. It’s rich, it’s insightful, it’s powerful.

Please feel free to share your comments below.

And if you’d like to find out more about Amir, his team and the incredible work they do then head to They have a program called WTF! (Wisdom, Truth, Freedom) and honestly, if there is one thing in your life you do on this journey then do this!
