MEDITATE ON LETTING GO – A FREE TRACK FOR YOU!

Meditation has completely transformed my life. It is part of my daily ritual and something I consider as valuable as breathing, drinking water and sleep.

It wasn’t always this way – I’ve only had a dedicated meditation practice for 3 years. Prior to that it was few and far between.  I can definitely see a marked difference in how I react, process, think, feel and just BE since prioritising meditation.

Personally, meditation creates clarity, a deeper connection with my soul, opens me up to insight + inspiration and also allows me to hold space for the shifts and processes that unfold when doing deep, inner work.

This is why within my powerful and transformative ecourse – The Freedom Project – my tribe receive a weekly meditation to support them. We are over halfway through the course and there has already been so many profound shifts, insights and challenges.

I wanted to share with you the meditation from Week 1 with you and give you a chance to experience the power of meditation.

This 17 minute guided meditation journeys through letting go. It  includes:

  • a focus on the body, the breath and being completely present.
  • a space to let go of control
  • a chance to embrace feeling instead of thinking.

It’s a gorgeous meditation and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it!
