I’ve really enjoyed the course. Claire’s material has been so user friendly and interesting (loved the Ayurveda info) and even though I eat well generally it has really widened my knowledge of new foods and lifestyle choices. Compared to how I was feeling before the course in December (sluggish, stressed and distracted) I am feeling lots better and your course has been a great guide for me.
