Hey there gorgeous. So… I’ve decided to keep my 5 on Friday VLOGGING to fortnightly. I’ve just started BSchool (OMG, stupidly excited) and Friday has now become my Study/Big Biz Brainstorm/Forward Planning day.

So, moving right along. Here are the 5 things I am loving this Friday.

1) Morning Routine – Ayurvedic Rituals:

My morning ritual includes one one but THREE of my favourite Ayurvedic Rituals – Oil Pulling, Tongue Cleaning + Neti. It also includes a spiritual practice that makes each day feel truly special.

2) Eco-friendly Candle from Still Your Mind:


My meditation teacher (the loveliest woman on the planet!) from Still Your Mind has a range of accessories. I have her cushion, cotton meditation blanket and now a candle that she gifted to me after I held a little talk at one of her meditation sessions.

This candle is the shiz – Lime, Grapefuit, Vetiver and Lemon and it’s 100% Australian beeswax and essential oils. Hand poured, 100% cotton wicks and toxic-free.  My favourite part? When you open the box there is a little affirmation waiting for you inside.

3) Rich Happy & Hot BSchool

I’ve just started Rich, Happy + Hot B School from Marie Forleo. This course, I know, is going to propel my business and my life. I’m not doing it for more money. I’m doing it because I love my work and I want to move deeper into offering health as far and wide as I can. Watch this space!

4) Prinstagram

I might be super slow on the uptake (that tends to happen with anything cool) but I recently discovered Prinstagram! I’m setting up a polariod photo station for my wedding amongst other little craft things and I need a bunch of mini pictures. Via Prinstagram I was able to print mini stickers, pictures and more (I only spent $30!) from my instagram account. There is also Poster Candy here in Oz that is doing Instagram collages. Way too cool.

  1. Love your 5 on Friday!
    I would love to start having a regular morning routine, but with a 9 month old baby, and a 3 year old – I think I'd have to be up at about 4am to get it all done. I'm looking forward to them growing a little so I can start a routine of my own.
    I do have a nightly routine though, I always meditate before bedtime. It's the only time in the day when the house is peaceful and I can really concentrate on being in the moment alone.
    The other thing I'm loving is green smoothies. I've always been a fan, but over the past month my addiction has taken on a whole new level. I genuinely get excited when it's green smoothie time each day!

  2. Wow that's an amazing morning routine Claire! Mine at the moment is better than it's been in the past, but yours is something to aspire to. And thanks for the tip on Prinstagram, just checked it out, I like!

  3. Love that 5! I've started to try to see my silver lining as well, like you suggested, now that I'm not getting up at 5 to horse ride. I'm doing oil pulling and morning pages at the moment, and it's a lovely way to start the day. Thanks for the sugegstion! xx
